CA-SOLAR PRODUCTS
CA-Solar have a lot of products to support solar panel mounting installation. Some of CA-Solar products have variants of several sizes such as End Clamp and Solar Profile. The size variants are provided because there are multiple dimension or sizes of solar panels currently being used by society. Installation process of CA-Solar products are very easy and quick because CA-Solar products are modular.
Solar Profile
Solar Profile is a modular bar product that can be cut to achieve the required length. Solar Profiles are made using extrusion process and anodization process with thickness of 10μm so it doesn't corrode.
Clamp
Clamps provided by CA-Solar acts to secure customer's solar panels onto the existing Solar Profiles to prevent solar panels from falling or shaking. Clamps from CA-Solar are made from extrusion process which then be cut into clamp standard sizes.
Joint Bar
Joint Bars is a connector part for Solar Profiles. One end of the Joint Bar is placed into the first Solar Profile slot and the other end of Joint Bar is placed into the second Solar Profile slot. Grub Screws are then inserted and tightened to connect both Solar Profiles.
Foot Bracket
Foot Brackets are footing that are used by Solar Profile to stand. There is usually 1 Foot Bracket every 1400mm of Solar Profile. Foot Bracket can only be used to mount solar panels on roof tops.
